How do I return or exchange an item?
We make returns fast and easy! Call 1 732-526-1212 to receive a return authorization number.

If I place my order today how soon will I get it? Will it ship the same day?
In most cases, domestic orders placed before 6PM ET (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Thursday will ship that same day. On Fridays, orders must be placed before 11AM ET.

I want to return my item. Do I have to pay for shipping?
In most cases, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Do you do repairs?
Only New Cameras does not currently offer repairs on new or used items.

How soon will an item that is Out of Stock or Backordered be available?
We aim to always have the gear you need when you need it. If for whatever reason an item is listed as out of stock, please double-check the availability listing to be sure we haven't already provided an estimated restocking date. If you haven't placed an order for the item in question, please call us at 1 732-526-1212.

Are all products you offer brand new?
All products listed on Only new Cameras website are brand new.
